Damages: Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if your product has arrived damaged. We will work with you to rectify the situation in the best possible manner.
Cancellations: You may cancel any order at any time before it ships.
Returns and Refunds:Buying items online without seeing them first can be scary. We fully understand how you feel and so if there is a manufacturer fault with the item, we will gladly refund/exchange the item without hesitation.
We just ask that you inform us of the problem and return the goods within a reasonable period of time(usually 30 days).
If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired. A store credit may be offered at our discretion. Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide a refund if you simply change your mind.
To assist us in expediting your return, exchange, and/or refund, we ask that you contact us prior to returning the merchandiseto get a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address. All returns must be in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a full refund.
Include your Full Name, Street Address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return. When you have shipped the item back to us, please email us your tracking number.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the money via the same method used to purchase it. Please note that we are not able to refund any return shipping charges.
