Rating looks good. upstairs keeps rabbits dry in rain. the door downstairs is so narrow you can barely reach in, maybe reaching 1/4 of the downstairs area, so if your bunnies dont want to come out, they don't have to cos you can't reach them. hearts for knobs nice touch. slide out tray doesn't actually slide all the way out and the mess at the back of the tray is unreachable.
also no way to connect the hutch to the run from what i can see (and i have both and can't work it out). Terrible customer service. They only care about the sale, therefore definitely wouldn't recommend buying from them, especially when there is no much choice out there for these type of items.(Posted on 7/02/12)

Rating Wit the extra exclosure run, makes a great cage for rabbits! Certainly not suitable for cats though, far too small.
