I bought this cage from GT via Amazon. Delivery was unbelievably fast and careful, thanks to AusPost, who seem to have stepped up their game. I love these cages but I couldn't give this cage 5 stars as with my previous purchase, for several reasons. This cage must be a new design. Design flaws include the Perspex roof section. It needs to open, but can't, from any direction. So I have left it unscrewed. That works, but it's a bit disappointing. This cage must be prepared by a different supplier. Wood pieces were cracked, and they lacked some drilled screw holes. The D screws supplied for hinges and wheels are totally unsuitable. They need to be wood screws with a bigger head. Annoying at the end of the day, to chase up replacements! Now it's all together, and the guineapigs are installed, they do appear very happy. This cage is suitable for only two piggies in the long term, as there's reduced downstairs space compared to the other design. Rating is hard. I WAS thinking only 3 stars... but the final cage is very appealing, with its higher roof. And the guineapigs get great exercise on the steeper ramp. It's our mancave for an old boy and a young one. And it works really well. Okay, 5 stars. Just know what you are buying. The other design is faultless but takes a little more space.
