What Does Same Day Dispatch Mean?

GTmall.com.au is produd to offer "Same Day Dispatch" as a standard for our customers who place orders before 11:00am AEST.

"Same Day Dispatch" on an order means that the order will leave our warehouse the same day! The estimated time of arrival for an order depends on the shipping method. 

Please keep in mind that orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Although we strive for same day dispatch, certain oders may take longer. These includes, but are not limited to:

  • Orders of goods not currently in stock
  • Orders placed with a request for a future release date
  • Orders with specal packaging or handling requests
  • Orders which are not picked on time by freight company.
