For weight less than 20kgs GTmall delivers Australia Wide using Australia Post eParcel, Over 20kgs using Direct Freight delivery service.
Each parcel carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process and trackable. Signature is also required when receiving the item.
With GTmall, you will have "peace in mind" and no more missing parcel. You can track your parcel here in http://auspost.com.au or http://www.directfreight.com.au. We will email you the tracking details once despatched.

All orders are dispatched from Sydney. Average delivery times from Sydney are listed below:
Deliveries to Sydney metropolitan take on average 1 business days to arrive. Deliveries to ACT New South Wales countries take on average 2 business days to arrive. Deliveries to Melbourne metropolitan take on average 2 business days to arrive. Deliveries to Victoria countries take on average 3 business days to arrive. Deliveries to Adelaide, Brisbane metropolitan take on average 2 business days to arrive Deliveries to QLD, SA countries take on average 3 business days to arrive Deliveries to TAS, WA and NT take on average 3 to 6 business days to arrive. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

There are no express warranties which extends beyond the description on the face hereof.
SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Since GTmall cannot control the manner of use of products after their sale, GTmall will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. No warranties will apply if the products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by GTmall.
- Warranty Policy
- Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival, then the customer must notify GTmall within 14 days and discuss to resend the product back for replacement.
- Manufacturer & Replacement Warranty
- All our products carries either manufacturer or replacement warranty ranging from 1-5 years. Customers should read the product individual page regarding manufacturer/replacement warranty.
Customers may be required to contact the manufacturers technical support department directly to acquire authorisation to return any faulty product.
- How to Return Merchandise

- login your account, and go 'my account', you will find a return link at end of each product you bought. clik 'return', then fill the form, we will authorise your a RMA number.
- For non-registered customer, please click Orders and Returns at the footer, filling the order ID and your order email, you will be able access to the all the orders you bought, click return for the product to apply RMA number, we will authorise RMA number once problem confirmed.
- Place the original package inside another shipping carton, along with RMA number and order number marked on the package.
- Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by GTmall within 14 days from the invoice date, at GTmall discretion for credit or exchange.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. GTmall reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
